Bayview Wildwood Resort

Location
Located just 90 minutes north of Toronto in the village of Port Stanton, on beautiful Sparrow Lake, part of the Trent Severn Waterway. The resort is serenely situated with the lake on one side and the Canadian Shield wilderness on the other. Severn Bridge is situated a short drive to the historic towns of Orillia, to the south, and Gravenhurst, to the north.

Accommodations
Resort rooms, fireplace suites (some with Jacuzzi) and cottages. Most units have a stunning view of the lake from a balcony or deck. Units are located in either 2-storey or single level buildings, a short distance from the lake and common facilities. All units have air conditioning, bar fridge, voice mail and coffee maker. Single and double occupancy provided. Fireplace suites have double occupancy rates with private sleeping space for both delegates.

Dining & Entertainment
The Echo’s Dining Lounge, with expansive windows overlooking Sparrow Lake, is located in the historic Wildwood Inn. Casual upscale dining is offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. There is either buffet, full-service or take-out options available. Captain Tom’s Diner is a seasonal diner located at the marina beside Stanton Bros. General Supplies. Most meeting packages include three meals daily with a continuous refreshment area, with healthy baked goods and snacks, in the meeting area. Many entertainment options are available for your group from horse drawn wagon rides, to orienteering challenges to live musical shows.

Recreation
Enjoy a full array of water sport equipment such as pontoon boats, fishing boats, kayaks and canoes, indoor & outdoor pools and whirlpools, indoor recreation centre with exercise area, squash courts and games room, spa services, tennis, hiking, bicycling, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating and a host of other recreation equipment and services. As well, there are recreation and entertainment programs for adults and children during specific times throughout the year.

Conventions & Shows
Cedar Room is the largest meeting/exhibit room with 2300 sq ft divisible into two separate meeting spaces, equal size. High ceilings, windows and patio doors leading to a licensed patio overlooking the lake. Bathrooms off entrance. There are four other meeting rooms that accommodate 18 to 30 people comfortably. The Glympse meeting room, holding 30 people, has an outdoor patio and full windows facing the lake.

Personalized meeting, social retreat and special event services are offered on a year-round basis for groups up to 120 people.
