Atop the Niagara Escarpment, the university campus has 500 acres of scenic landscapes for you to explore. Centrally located in the heart of Niagara, we are open May through August each year. We offer unique meeting and gathering spaces and simple yet practical accommodation options. Groups large and small are welcome on campus. Make our campus your one-stop-shop for all of your meeting and accommodation needs.

Our campus is in St. Catharines Ontario but we are minutes away from other tourist destination like Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake


Vallee and Earp Residences are simple and practical accommodation for large and small-scale groups. These rooms provide an economical yet private sleeping situation for guests. We endeavour to keep all of your guests on the same floor(s) to make your event a team event. Each floor has a lounge for gathering together at any time during your conference. Relax and enjoy television in the evening here as a group or meet here in the morning before you head off to your events for the day.


Unique venues coupled with excellent dining services will make your event memorable. Wake up to pastries prepared by our chefs and delivered to the lounge on your floor with freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy local Niagara delicacies at your dinner buffets or have dessert in Alphie’s Trough, a venue overlooking the Niagara escarpment. The dining hall has a marketplace atmosphere with a variety of food stations and all-you-can-eat meal service. This is an efficient and economical solution to the dining needs of large and small groups staying on campus. Meals across a variety of cultures are served.


With over 45,000 square feet of trade show space, the Ian Beddis gym works for large-scale trade shows and symposiums. Alternate uses for this space can include: sports games and as a dance floor. The possibilities are endless. The Ian Beddis Gym space is impressive and open modern space with a glassed in atrium at the front. For events that are centred on gym space, the Bob Davis gym easily accommodates a large crowd of spectators.


Our conference staff are hear to meet your needs. We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of the individual guest and the large-scale conference organization.
