IncentiveWorks is Canada's leading one-stop marketplace for purchasers of incentive travel, meeting/convention space and related services. Discover promotional merchandise, motivational products, corporate/business gifts and inspiring ideas.
More than 480 exhibit booths representing over 700 companies from a variety of domestic and international destinations, hotels, resorts, meeting/incentive travel services, business gifts, premium and reward merchandise will exhibit at the 2009 show.

ATTENDEE PROFILE
Meeting/Incentive Travel Buyers
Canadian corporate, association, government, third party and independent planners of meeting, convention and incentive travel programs; specialty incentive houses; corporate travel agencies active in the MC&IT area; convention and meeting consultants/organizers.
Premiums & Promotions Buyers
This is the one event where decision-makers come to look for product ideas and book for holiday and seasonal corporate purchasing. Buyers include corporate purchasers of premiums, awards, incentive programs and business gifts.
ATTENDANCE
IncentiveWorks 2009 is expected to attract over 3,000 attendees, giving our exhibitors a tremendous 5:1 attendee to exhibitor ratio!
EXHIBITOR PROFILE
Meeting/Incentive Travel exhibitor:
Domestic or international hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, tourist board, CVB, convention/meeting facility or any related meeting and incentive travel supplier service.
Premiums & Promotions exhibitor:
Suppliers of gift certificates, manufacturers and distributors of awards, camping equipment, cooler bags, customized chocolates, digital cameras, golf shirts, electronics, handmade boxes, hats, jewelry, leather goods, barbecues, sports bags, sculptures, watches.
Please note: You must exhibit in the section of the show that pertains to the products/services you plan to exhibit.

Exhibitor Benefits:

FEES
$2225 CDN plus 5% GST per 10' x 10' booth. Each booth includes: carpet, drape, 4' draped table, chair.
IncentiveWorks accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or company cheque.
Meeting/Incentive Travel Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon booking. Cheques must reach our offices by January 15, 2009 or within 30 days of registering for exhibit space thereafter.
Premiums & Promotions Payment Terms: For exhibit booths booked before June 1, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due June 1, 2009. For exhibit booths booked after June 1, full payment is due upon booking. If you wish to participate in the 50% deposit program, please indicate this at the time of registration.
SHOW RULES & REGULATIONS
The show terms, conditions and regulations are an essential part of the exhibit contract. All exhibitors, their representatives and those with whom they may share their exhibit space are bound by these terms, conditions and regulations.
