Trade show registration is FREE for industry professionals.

Education passes are $59, plus HST*. Each pass includes: unlimited sessions, daily keynotes, two $10 lunch vouchers (one for each show day). See below for terms of purchase.

Please review the following information BEFORE registering:

• IncentiveWorks is a business-to-business trade show.
• It is not open to the public.
• Registration is required for admittance.
• No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor. Infants in baby carriers or slings are exempt. Absolutely no strollers.
• Solicitation is strictly prohibited by non exhibitors, sponsors and other organizations approved by Show Management. Failure to respect this request will result in the individual and/or company being removed from the show.
• All registrations are subject to General Managers/Show Management approval. Any decision made regarding your registration and attendance is final.

Media Policy
Non-exhibiting media companies are only permitted to attend the education sessions and/or the trade show with Show Management approval. Media companies that wish to attend IncentiveWorks may apply in writing to Steve Dempsey, General Manager, steve.dempsey@mtg.rogers.com. Applications must include the reason or purpose for attending and are subject to the General Manager’s approval. No more than two (2) editorial representatives may attend over the duration of the show.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy
Non-exhibiting industry supplier companies are permitted to attend with Show Management approval. Purchase of an Education Passes will not automatically grant you access to the show floor. All supplier registrations will be reviewed by Show Management. You will be contacted if your registration is declined. You will be required to provide the reason or purpose for attending. No more than two (2) representatives may attend over the duration of the show. While at the show, solicitation is strictly prohibited. Failure to respect this request will result in the individual and/or company being banned from the show.

Terms of Purchase/Cancellation

Passes and tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. To transfer your pass, please contact our registration company at rogers@microspec.com or by phone at 1-888-780-9825. Passes may not be shared.

*HST
HST must be charged as of May 1st, 2010 on all goods/services consumed after July 1st, 2010.

2. If you pre-registered before July 9, 2010, you received an email from IncentiveWorks Appointments on July 9, 2010,with your personal link to start booking appointments. If you require this link to be resent please send an email to rogers@microspec.com.
3. If you pre-registered after July 9, 2010, your e-receipt/registration confirmation includes your personal link to start booking appointments.
