The Recreation and Athletics Centre (RAC) at Ryerson University is simply the best supervised Fitness Centre in Metro! RAC is designed to meet all of your fitness needs.
An extensive 50'×80' supervised fitness centre with free weights and weight machines, a large Cardio room with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles recumbent bikes, rowing machines and steppers, a three lane 160 yard banked indoor running track, two sprung hardwood floor dance studios, four international squash courts, six sprung hardwood floor gymnasiums, a 25 yard pool, spacious women's and men's change room each with saunas, AND a fabulous staff ready to help YOU!
