Antonio Botelho, the new chef at Radissonn Hotel Edmonton South.
Antonio Botelho has been named executive chef of the Radisson Hotel Edmonton South.
Botelho joins the Radisson Hotel Edmonton South after many years at properties such as the Hilton Hotel London, Four Points by Sheraton, the Westin Edmonton and Marriott Casino and Resort at River Cree.
Contribution to his profession was recognized in 2004, when Botelho was named Chef of the Year by the London Branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation and Chef of the Year for the Central Region of Canada.
He also cooked for Queen Elizabeth II, during her visit to Edmonton for the province’s 100th anniversary, in 2005.
