Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas plans to open a restaurant by celebrity chef Todd English in summer.
Slated for a mid-July opening, Olives Atlantis will feature English’s trademark open kitchen and Mediterranean cuisine. This is Olives’ first restaurant in the Caribbean.
Olives Atlantis will feature 268 seats configured in a 6,850-sq.-ft. interior featuring vaulted ceilings and a rustic decor.
A raw bar will offer shellfish, clams and oysters, and a wood-burning oven will produce English’s signature thin-crust flatbread pizzas. An Italian-made pasta machine will produce fresh, handmade noodles daily. The open kitchen will feature a rotisserie grill, dedicated to producing meat and fish dishes.
In addition to serving Mediterranean cuisine, the restaurant will offer coastal dishes using seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant will operate nighlty until 3:00 a.m.
