Baha Mar Resort Bahamas

Baha Mar, a new $3.5 billion, 1,000 acres resort enclave being developed in the Bahamian Riviera is scheduled to open December, 2014.
The project will include a total of 2,200 hotel rooms spread across four major hotel brands: Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Mondrian, a Morgans Hotel Group property, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts plus the signature showpiece, The Baha Mar Casino & Hotel.
With a combined 200,000 sq. ft. of space, portions of which will have the capacity to double as an entertainment and sports venue, The Baha Mar will also offer some of the most advanced and versatile convention facilities in The Bahamas.
The new development will also include 307 private residences, 200,000 square feet of retail and entertainment experiences, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, a Bahamian art gallery, two spas, chef-branded restaurants plus nightclub and entertainment offerings as well as the 100,000 sq.-ft. casino.
