Rendering of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill.
Caesars Palace, in Las Vegas, will open Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in late 2012, his second Vegas restaurant to open this year.
To be located in the resort adjacent to the Colosseum entertainment venue, Ramsay’s 290-seat eatery will serve lunch and dinner and will replace Bradley Ogden restaurant.
The menu will comprise British pub food, such as bangers and mash, fish and chips and roast chicken, augmented by Ramsay favourites such as London broil.
In addition, the eatery will serve a wide selection of craft and microbrews from around the world, including more than 40 beers on tap.
EDG Interior Architecture + Design will design the space, the centrepiece of which will be a bar with an array of beer taps. Private dining will be offered.
In May, Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse opened in the Paris Las Vegas Resort.
