Expected to be completed next spring, the revamp of the 39-storey Chicago property will include 49 Premier guestrooms, including 10 junior suites, featuring custom furnishings and 36-inch plasma televisions.
Also receiving a makeover is the first floor, sporting a new lobby and business centre, relocating from the sixth floor.
In addition, meeting facilities will be expanded by 2,500 sq. ft.
The new space includes a 1,500-sq.-ft. meeting room adjacent to Hoyt’s and a 1,000-sq.-ft. space which will be added to the existing meeting rooms on the sixth floor.
