Eagle Ranch Names Michael Sabourin Executive Chef
Michael Sabourin is the new executive chef at Saliken, the fine-dining restaurant at Eagle Ranch Resort, in Invermere, B.C.
Sabourin has spent the last 10 years in the kitchens at various resorts, hotels and cruiselines. He joins Eagle Ranch from St. Lucia, where he was executive chef for Sandals Resorts. He also served as executive chef with Holland America Cruise Lines and worked with Royal Caribbean International, Westmark Hotels and Dolphin Bay, in Turks and Caicos Islands.
His resume also includes stints with Sheraton Hotels and Joe Forte’s Seafood & Chop House, in Vancouver.
