Toronto-area meeting planners were invited to meet and greet with senior staff of Caesars Windsor at the recent launch party held at Rain, in Toronto. Shelley Sechopoulos, director, hotel and convention sales, Jeremy Tyrrell, manager, hotel and convention sales, and Paul Alves, hotel and convention sales manager were on hand to greet guests and talk about the new casino’s convention and meeting space. The hotel has 758 guest rooms and suites in two towers. The complex features 100,000 sq. ft. of convention and meeting space, including the 26,000 sq.-ft.- Augustus Ballroom and a 39,000 sq.-ft.- trade show floor, adjacent to the 5,000 seat Colossuem theatre.
