Meeting Professionals International (MPI) has joined forces with the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC) to form the Canadian Tourism Global Partnership.
Representing the first partnership between the two organizations outside the U.S., the Canadian Tourism Global Partnership builds on the success of last year’s MPI-World Education Conference (MPI-WEC) in Montreal and the upcoming MPI-WEC, in 2010, to be held in Vancouver.
A national marketing organization with partners in the tourism industry and all levels of government, the CTC markets Canada as a desirable travel destination. MPI’s Canadian Tourism Global Partnership includes the Canadian Tourism Commission, Tourism Toronto, Tourisme Montreal, Tourism Vancouver, Travel Alberta and the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership. The MPI International Module partners are the Canadian Tourism Commission, Destination Halifax, Tourisme Québec and Tourism Toronto.
