The Ramada Conference Centre Edmonton has created the city’s only authentic Edmonton Eskimos-themed suite.
Decorated to capture the team’s history, the 900-sq.-ft., two-room, two-bath suite features rare memorabilia such as a vintage jersey, historic photos and a 60th-anniversary football encased in glass.
Equipped with a table big enough to host eight, a dinette area, sitting area with lounge chairs and a big-screen TV, the Eskimos suite can accommodate small meetings or a small press conference.
Located on Kingsway, just north of downtown, the 428-room facility recently completed the first stage of its $8-million renovation, which included a major refreshing of the decor in guestrooms, lobby and conference facilities.
In addition, Julies Bistro has rebranded as botaniCa Restaurant, featuring new decor and a new menu highlighting local flavours.
