Toronto-based Speakers’ Spotlight has been named Most Inclusive Employer by the 2008 Walk the Talk Awards, an annual Canadian best-practices study and awards programme that surveys employees on what is important in today’s workplace and what they expect from their employer.

“Our belief is that the growth of our business is directly related to the growth of our people, and so it is truly an honour to be recognized by our own team as an employer who walks the talk,” said Martin Perelmuter, co-founder and president of Speakers’ Spotlight.

Canada’s leading speakers bureau, Speakers’ Spotlight represents a range of high-profile people, including Justin Trudeau, The Rt. Hon. Adrienne Clarkson, Margaret Trudeau, The Rt. Hon. Joe Clark, David Suzuki, Michael “Pinball” Clemons, Ron MacLean and Rubin “Hurricane” Carter.

Speakers’ Spotlight was co-founded by Farah and Martin Perelmuter in 1995.
