A hip New York venue, Meet at the Apartment, oozes downtown style. Located on SoHo’s Crosby Street, ‘Apartment’ fuses romantic minimalism with chic modernism. Upstairs, the black-on-black decor discourages distraction, keeping the focus on meeting participants.
Downstairs, the White Room is a 1,000-sq.-ft. conference area featuring a board table accommodating 18; a mobile, 65-inch, high-definition presentation screen; whiteboard walls, with gator shelving, to present creative boards; and computer, TV and telephone access.
Leather couches foster a casual environment and a 200-sq.-ft. green room provides added privacy. Accommodating 35 for sit-down presentations or 100 for product launches and premiere events, the venue includes the Library; the Parlor and the Lounge, two breakout rooms (each with lounge furniture, phone chargers, iMac station and 65-inch, high-definition presentation screens) and the Kitchen, complete with fully stocked pantry, refrigerator filled with beverages and “kitchen table” accommodating 10.
Its bundled price features staff (including a concierge, server and AV tech), audio-visual components such as 65-inch presentation screens with corresponding PC- and Mac-compatible workstations; meeting facilitation supplies and unlimited beverages and snacks.
