Staying fit, healthy and focused during an on-site programme can be a challenge for even the most seasoned meeting planner. Here are a few handy tips:
Make sure to keep plenty of Vitamin C and D on hand and drink plenty of water. Try to schedule some downtime during your day (even if it’s only 10 or 20 minutes), to relax and do nothing. Recharging your batteries is crucial. Eat small meals, focusing on protein, rather than carbohydrates. Nuts and fresh fruit are excellent snacks and can help prevent a mid-afternoon slump or tide you over between longer-than-usual meal times.
