Ritz-Carlton has strengthened its presence in China by opening the Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou and The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou.
Occupying the 20th to 38th floors of a 40-storey building, in the Pearl River New City area of Tianhe District, the hotel features 351 guestrooms, including entry-level rooms of 540 sq. ft. The property’s 11,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a 7,000-sq.-ft. ballroom, are equipped with wired and wireless Internet access.
Dining options include Lai Heen, serving Cantonese specialties; Terra, dishing up Western-style cuisine; FOODS, offering all-day dining; Pearl Lounge, pouring tea and evening cocktails; The Churchill Bar, specializing in wines and cigars; and H2O poolside bar and grill.
A 24-hour fitness centre is outfitted with Technogym equipment, while The Ritz-Carlton Spa offers 11 treatment rooms.
