Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino has unveiled a $20-million renovation that has brought a blend of casual Caribbean elegance and contemporary chic – for instance, sleek stone and colorful accents – to nearly every corner of the resort, from the lobby and dining areas to the guestrooms.
All 360 rooms, including 24 suites, have been gussied up with chic-modern interiors, fully renovated bathrooms and Hyatt’s signature Grand Bed. The property’s four specialty suites feature up-to-date Italian furnishings and designer accoutrements, including Philippe Starck bathroom elements.
In the Palms restaurant, a new Latin-bistro dining concept has introduced an exhibition kitchen allowing guests ring-side to witness the kitchen brigade’s culinary skills first-hand as they prepare guests’ meals. In addition, every order includes tableside prep.
