A $10.7-million makeover has transformed CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa, upgrading all 433 guestrooms (including 29 suites), common areas, banquet facilities, meeting rooms and the hotel’s main restaurant, La Estancia.
Guestroom and suite upgrades feature Mexican-inspired furniture, freshly painted walls, Mexican-themed artwork and newly decorated bathrooms.
A $1.3-million makeover has expanded La Estancia by 150 seats, installed a new wine cellar and launched a new menu highlighting classic regional cuisine.
Furthermore, a $1.2-million facelift to the resort’s banquet and meeting facilities has added new carpeting, woodwork and upholstery and installed new lighting and audio.
Amenities include 22,000-sq.-ft. Ohtli Spa; more than 9,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor meeting and function space; infinity oceanfront pool; water sports and beach activities; and nightly cigar-rolling demonstrations in the lobby bar.
