Food & Beverage: Food was served at boutique stations throughout the room. Flair bartenders served aged whiskey from Via Allegro, Nonino grappa by Halpern and prosecco by Stem Wine Group.

Decor Theme: Vintage rock club. A vintage-car lounge was created via large, alternating mirrored panels, with branded sponsor banners. Luxury cars enclosed the perimeter.

To reinforce the rock theme, large crests and appliqués adorned the grappa bar, photo-snap booth and luxury-spirit bar.

Maximizing the Space: Concrete floors and high ceilings, exposing steel air vents, appeared as decor-inspired fixtures. Installing photos of rock legends; placing space rugs in bathrooms; elaborate rigging points; heavy draping and inspired pieces complemented the former airplane hangar’s ‘blank canvas.’

Stretching the Budget: Most pieces are owned by Devan’s decor division and were custom-made for the event, stretching the budget in ways not possible through rentals.
