Koko! Share Bar – Modern Korean and Japanese fare, served at communal tables in an intimate space in Toronto’s upscale Yorkville ‘hood. Chef is the acclaimed Shin Aoyama. So pull up a sake and go nuts.
Miga – Cook-your-own Korean barbecue on tableside gas grills. Chicken, beef and seafood available, as are private grill rooms at both the Mississauga and downtown Toronto restaurants. Mississauga location serves sushi, too.
La Fonderie – Chinese, Swiss, bourguignon and chocolate fondue is the name of the game, along with Swiss raclette (melted raclette cheese served with potatoes and garnishes) at this Montreal eatery. Hanging vines accentuate the space, giving the look and feel of a Mediterranean garden.
