The 2,995-room Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is set to open in December in Las Vegas,, a top destination for meeting planners and incentive travel groups.
The Las Vegas facility will feature a 110,000-sq.-ft. casino along with designs by interior architects David Rockwell and Adam D.Tihany.
East and West towers, each 50 storeys, will house hotel- and condominium-style rooms ranging from 730 sq. ft. to over 5,400 sq. ft. in addition to 10 three-storey bungalow-style suites adjacent to the west pool deck.
In addition, the facility will feature a nightclub and lounge; 150,000 sq. ft. of convention and banquet facilities; restaurants; 50,000-sq.-ft. spa, salon and fitness centre; retail and three pool areas.
Joining the restaurant roster are Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill; Comme Ca by Los Angeles chef David Myers; New York City’s Estiatorio Milos; Scarpetta and a new casual wine bar by chef Scott Conant; and STK steakhouse.
