Dana Hauser has been named executive chef of the Fairmont Waterfront, in Vancouver, overseeing the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, Heron’s West Coast Kitchen + Bar; banquets; in-room dining and all food and beverage operations.
Hauser has an extensive career with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, including stints in Bermuda and Toronto.
Recently, Herons underwent a renovation.
