Maison Boulud features 227 seats in summer.
New York superchef Daniel Boulud’s highly anticipated restaurant, Maison Boulud, is launching May 30 in the recently renovated Ritz-Carlton Montreal, tentatively scheduled to re-open June 1.
Maison Boulud’s menu, overseen by executive chef Riccardo Bertolino, will reflect a traditional French sensibility, with a focus on local produce and artisanal Quebec products.
Highlighting the 300-label wine list will be selections from Burgundy, the Rhône Valley and North America.
Designed in a modern, open-concept mode, the restaurant will feature seasonal seating configurations.
In the summer, seating will be available at the bar (34), dining room (57), greenhouse (46), Sherbrooke Terrace (24) and garden (66), for a total of 227 seats. In the winter, the terrace and garden sections will be closed, for a total of 137 seats.
Year round, two private dining rooms will operate, accommodating six and 20.
