Elements on Holllis's dining room.
Elements on Hollis, in Halifax, has been named one of Canada’s top five restaurants by Food Network Canada’s blog.
New to the Halifax dining scene, 104-seat Elements on Hollis opened last fall, in the Westin Nova Scotian, serving Atlantic cuisine based on ingredients sourced from within a 50-mile radius of the restaurant.
Its partner vendors include the nearby Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market.
Furthermore, Elements on Hollis is the only restaurant east of Toronto that made the blog’s top five.
Moreover, the eatery was once again chosen as a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award, recognizing restaurants that offer a well-chosen selection of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
A private dining room seats 16.
