WOW: Students from Seneca’s Event Management program had their talent on display at the competition, which challenged them to develop a table setting for a client of their choice. Laura Bradd took home the People’s Choice Award and was runner-up in the Judges’ Choice competition for her contemporary black and purple table styled for cosmetic company Urban Decay. Andrea Gilpin received the top prize in the Judges’ Choice competition for her whimsical design for fashion designer Kate Spade. However, kudos should go to all the competitors. They designed unique, imaginative table settings filled with great ideas of event pros to borrow.
