Randall has been advising on digital strategy since 1994: he put the Toronto Star online, the Globe and Mail’s GlobeInvestor/Globefund, several financial institutions, and about 100+ other major organizations. He currently serves as the 108 ideaspace CEO and chief strategist, where he advises on digital strategy and execution.
Randall is the author of seven books, including the Online PR and Social Media series, Digital Transformation for Associations, and the Everything Guide to Starting an Online Business. He blogs for the Huffington Post, and is the host of Professionally Speaking TV. He has been profiled across national media, and frequently appears as an expert on radio, TV, and newspapers. For the last decade, Randall has served at the board level for several national organizations, and has earned a CFA, MBA, CMC, CSP, and a Black Belt in karate.
