Ottawa’s Fairmont Chateau Laurier has named Daniel Buss executive chef.
Buss has over 20 years of culinary experience, including stints at the Prince Hotel, in Toronto; a number of restaurants in Switzerland, including the five-star Victoria-Jungfrau Hotel, in Interlaken; and the Fairmont Banff Springs, where he was the opening executive chef of the Banffshire Club.
Most recently, he was executive chef at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle, in Miami.
