Fairmont Pittsburgh will feature 185 guestrooms.
The Fairmont Pittsburgh is set to open March 29, featuring 185 guestrooms, 12,000 sq. ft. of event space, and a 6,000-sq.-ft. health club, as well as a full-service restaurant, Habitat.
The property will make its home at Three PNC Plaza, the largest highrise construction project in the city in the last 20 years.
Fairmont Pittsburgh will feature 165 guestrooms, 19 suites and one presidential suite. Room amenities include an LCD HDTV, iPod docking station and a four-fixture bathroom.
On the meetings and events side, there’s a 6,000-sq.-ft. ballroom, three private meeting rooms, a boardroom and full banquet and catering facilities.
By opening day, Fairmont Pittsburgh expects to reach the Gold level of LEED certification.
Habitat restaurant will serve globally inspired cuisine anchored by locally-sourced ingredients.
