Fairmont Mina Al Fajer resort will debut in late 2011 on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates.
Offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman, the project will consist of an 88-room hotel and the Fairmont Estates, 13 four-bedroom solarium villas slated for completion in spring 2011.
Incentive groups led by meeting and event planners will enjoy dedicated meeting facilities, a selection of dining venues, Fairmont’s signature Willow Stream Spa, a marina and a private beach.
The mixed-use development will feature mountain villas and marina apartments.
As for natural assets, the area’s pristine golden beaches are just 90 minutes from Dubai. In addition, the region offers ancient fjords, palm groves, hot springs, historical landmarks and diving and watersports.
