Caesars Palace will house the first Nobu hotel.
The first-ever Nobu hotel, restaurant and lounge is set to open next summer in a renovated Caesars Palace tower, on the Las Vegas strip.
Under the development plan, the Centurion Tower will undergo a multi-million dollar refurbishment to house the 180-room hotel, which will feature the cuisine of celebrated chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
To that end, the hotel will house an 11,200-sq.-ft. Nobu restaurant and lounge, offering teppanyaki tables, sushi bar and private dining area, along with a large lounge and bar, featuring 327 seats.
Leading the new hotel’s interior design will be David Rockwell, of the Rockwell Group, whose work has been synonymous with the Nobu brand for more than 20 years.
Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Nobu Hospitality anticipate identifying wider global growth opportunities.
