FMAV appoints Mullieka Pellerin VP, National Operations


TORONTO — FMAV has appointed Mullieka Pellerin vice-president, national operations, it was announced Aug 25.

 As a member of the FMAV senior management team, Pellerin will partner with regional vice-presidents and their operations teams to evolve FMAV operations nationally. Her focus will include identification and deployment of best practices in training and development; equipment purchase, storage and transfer, as well as labour scheduling and management.

 Pellerin brings an engineering degree, project management expertise and a quality designation, combined with over 20 years experience, with a deep focus on operations, including optimizing facilities, distribution and product lines. With an overarching focus on customer service and organizational culture, Pellerin will play a vital role in helping define and deliver the FMAV customer experience.
