A contemporary steakhouse by celebrity TV chef Gordon Ramsay will open in mid-May in the Paris Las Vegas resort, in Las Vegas.
Gordon Ramsay Steak will transport guests from Paris to London via a design that will bridge the resort’s Parisian theme with Ramsay’s British heritage.
The 7,500-sq.-ft., 200-seat, two-storey eatery will be Ramsay’s first Las Vegas restaurant. Its centerpiece will be a huge Union Jack painted on the ceiling.
On the food side, the restaurant will feature a beef-aging program created under the direction of Ramsay and his culinary team. The menu will range from traditional steakhouse fare to Ramsay’s signature fish and chips and shepherd’s pie.
Rounding out the menu will be seafood, French-influenced sides, and desserts.
Plans call for a private dining room seating 56.
