Montreal-based Resort One plans to open Les Mas du Grand Vallon, a $45-million hotel residence, in April, in Mougins, on the French Riviera.
Located in a protected green belt 15 fifteen minutes from the bay of Cannes, the hotel complex’s 52 units will average 700 sq. ft.
On-site amenities will include a heated outdoor infinity pool, Mediterranean-style restaurant, with terrace, and three business meeting rooms with a large welcoming terrace.
All units of one-, two- or three closed bedrooms are air conditioned and feature a loggia or terrace. Integrated into guestrooms are a fully equipped kitchen and dining area; flat-screen television with satellite networks and full bathrooms for each bedroom.
Echoing the surrounding area, the complex’s architecture highlights a Provencal look, courtesy of French architect Philippe Caron.
Resort One operates four hotel properties, including Le Saint-Sulpice and Le Crystal de la Montagne, in Montreal.
