Hotel Palomar guestroon.
Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar Chicago is set to open this spring in the Windy City’s River North neighborhood.
The art-themed hotel features a design and decor by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy, an indoor rooftop pool – positioned to offer expansive views of the city’s southeast landscape – and a ‘green’ roof.
For meetings and events, the property offers 5,800 sq. ft. of event space, including a 2,555-sq.-ft. ballroom accented by gold tones, tall ceilings outfitted with dramatic chandeliers, and a separate pre-function area with an ornamental staircase.
In addition, the property offers wireless Internet access and comprehensive multimedia and audiovisual support.
The 261 guestrooms, including 23 suites, are washed in neutral tones and offer HD-LCD televisions, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access and an honour bar with organic options.
