Anne-Marie de Lavison has been appointed vice-president of JPdL Toronto & Niagara, and Michelle Piromalli has been promoted to general manager, Operations.
Anne-Marie says she is thrilled to return to the company she co-founded in Montreal with her brother. She has lived in Toronto for 21 years and during that time has been very active in the meetings and incentive market; planning and operating major events across Canada and abroad for the corporate and association sectors.
Michelle joined JPdL Toronto & Niagara in 2006 as program manager and was promoted to the position of director of operations in November 2008. Michele is an integral part of the team, responsible for overseeing the operations department, providing flawless program execution and superior customer service to the company’s clients, suppliers and industry partners. She is looking forward to her new role as GM, Operations.
On January 24th, Grant Snider, president of JPdL Toronto & Niagara, wrapped up a 24-year career with JPdL. Grant worked in Montreal and Quebec before his 2007 move to Toronto. Grant wishes to thank his clients, colleagues, suppliers, industry partners and everyone he had the privilege of working with in FICP, SITE, ADME International, MPI, PCMA and the CVBs. Following the sale of the JPdL Toronto & Niagara division to business partner and company founder, Jean-Paul de Lavison, Grant will be enjoying some well-earned time off before embarking on his next venture.
