Kenton Leier has been named executive chef at The Westin Ottawa.
Leier has worked at the Chateau Laurier and at the Marriott Ottawa Hotel, where he opened Merlot restaurant. He has also served as executive chef at the Delta Ottawa and on the team at the four diamond restaurant in The Capital Dining Room.
As executive chef, Leier and his culinary brigade will lead the foodservice for the Westin Ottawa’s banquet facilities, Daly’s restaurant and Landmark’s Lounge, potential choices for meeting planners organizing events at the property.
