Living Water Resort Unveils Phase 3 Reno


COLLINGWOOD, Ont. — The Phase 3 additions to the Living Water Resort & Spa, part of Cranberry Village, were officially presented on the resort’s rooftop last month to a group of attendees that included Collingwood Mayor Sandra Cooper, local MPPs, media and other special guests.

The Phase 3 investment has resulted in 100 one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites and additions to the 5,000-square-foot onsite spa with Aquapath, the only one of its kind in Ontario, for wellness experiences and re-energizing retreats. The spa features a Swiss shower, detoxifying mineral bath, river walk, four-stage waterfall benches, glacier shower, Eucalyptus steam sauna, replenishing mineral bath and exfoliation tub.

Also added in the renovation project was a 5,000-square-foot contemporary waterfront restaurant offering an earth-to-table menu, an open presentation kitchen for educational events and private dining room overlooking Georgian Bay.

Situated on the shores of Georgian Bay, Living Water Resort & Residences offers 91 one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites equipped with living/dining room and kitchen areas suitable for extended stays. Units also carry a five-star rating from Interval International.

Cranberry Village including two hotels of close to 400 rooms, 9,000 vacation memberships, homes, multiple restaurants, a championship golf course, marina, a wedding and conference center, and spa.
