Gstaad, Switzerland, will welcome a new luxury hotel in December, 2012.
Set on five acres, the five-star property is part of a $337-million luxury development that will include private apartments within the hotel and two chalets.
The luxury hotel’s 57 rooms and suites – all with balconies – range from 333 sq. ft. for a standard room to 4,305 sq. ft. for the Panorama Suite.
A 21,500-sq.-ft. spa will include a fitness centre and an 82-ft. lap pool.
Also on-site will be three restaurants serving traditional Swiss, international and Asian cuisines; a bar and lounge; wine-tasting room; private cinema and cigar room.
Meeting facilities will include a 2,580-sq.-ft. ballroom (with view); a 485-sq.-ft. conference room; 730-sq.-ft. meeting room; and 645-sq.-ft. meeting room adjoining the cinema.
