With four unique campuses to choose from — including a downtown campus stretching six city blocks — Grant MacEwan University offers meeting planners plenty of diversity in the Edmonton region.
The university offers year-round meeting space and on-site catering services for groups ranging from 20 to 500, including theatre-style classrooms and lecture halls such as the 180-seat CN Conference Theatre and the 200-seat Kule Health Lecture Theatre. All venues are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer full capabilities for teleconferencing and videoconferencing needs.
The downtown campus offers nine hotel rooms year-round, while the 892-bed residence building transforms into Edmonton’s second-largest hotel in the summer months.
Grant MacEwan University also offers planners a green meet-and-stay option, with two buildings designed to achieve LEED certification on campus; the Robbins Health Learning Centre and the MacEwan Residence.
