The historic Cadillac Miami Beach/Oceanfront recently completed a major $25 million renovation, which included the addition of a new LEED certified 93-guestroom oceanfront tower.
With the addition of the tower, the property now has 356 guest rooms and suites, all of which feature a refreshing bright colour palette and ocean views. The hotel, which is located on Collins Avenue, also has a dedicated indoor boardroom and a multipurpose ballroom as well as outdoor meeting space.
The renovation also included:
- updated spacious lobby with new 32-foot bar called Lounge DeVille and the Cadillac Café
- a new pool deck with a new oceanfront saltwater infinity pool and new private cabanas
- complete revamp of Carrabba’s Oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar, its beachfront restaurant and bar
- new state-of-the-art gym
“The addition of the oceanfront tower along with our private beach and lengthy list of new amenities has transformed our hotel into a place that visitors can’t help but stop to explore,” said Joseph LaFleur, general manager of the Courtyard Cadillac Miami Beach Oceanfront. “From the gorgeous ocean views to the enticing on-site dining options to the flexible and stylish new meeting spaces, we’ve created an atmosphere that is really going to complete the Miami experience for our guests.”
