Michael Dubreuil is the new f&b manager at The Juniper Hotel.
Michel Dubreuil has been named food and beverage manager at the Juniper Hotel & Bistro, in Banff, Alta.
Dubreuil got his start managing the banquet and restaurant side of properties such as Loews Hotel Vogue and the Omni Mont-Royal, both in Montreal.
Following that, he managed a number of Alberta properties, including the Poppy Brasserie, at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, in Lake Louise and the Bayshore Inn and historic Kilmorey Lodge, in Waterton Lake National Park.
His next stop was Quail’s Gate Estate Winery, in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley, where he worked for several seasons.
In his new position, Dubreuil’s mandate is to help develop and oversee the new food and beverage programme with James Kendal, the property’s general manager.
