M+IT Announces Five Hall of Fame Finalists, Two Inductees

Meetings + Incentive Travel is pleased to announce the finalists in five categories of its 2014 Hall of Fame Awards as well as its 2014 Industry Builder and Industry Innovator inductees.

This year’s  inductee in the Industry Builder category is Johanne Belanger, president of Freeman Audio Visual. The 2014 Industry Innovator is Bob Vaez, CEO and president of EventMOBI.  Bob and Johanne will be welcomed in to the Hall of Fame at a special live ceremony on the opening day of IncentiveWorks, Canada’s premier show for event and incentive travel professionals, August 19 + 20, 2014

At the same time, the inductees in the The Big Idea, Industry Mentor, Industry Volunteer, Rising Star and Planner categories will be announced. The finalists in each category are:

Industry Rising Star

  • Paola Silk, Independent
  • Kyra Whale, Meridican Incentive Consultants
