New York City’s Hotel Chandler, a Triumph Hotel, has opened a second floor meeting space offering food service catered by its restaurant, Juni, which received one Michelin star this year.
The new space can accommodate up to 30 people and can be setup in conference, banquet, classroom and U-shape styles. It is located on the building’s 31st Street side and has large windows that allow in natural light. Technology offered includes an LCD projector, projection screen, flat panel TV, free WiFi, flipchart with markers, laser pointer and more.
Juni, which is helmed by executive chef Shaun Hergatt, offers full catering menus. In addition to its Michelin star honor, the restaurant was named an Esquire magazine Best New Restaurant in 2013, won a 2014 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, and made Zagat’s list of New York’s 10 Sexiest New Restaurants.
The space is open to non-guests for day rentals. The Hotel Chandler is offering a booking promotion with a day-use room rental fee at a reduced rate of $500 for the first three months of 2015. Additionally, if 10 or more hotel rooms are booked, the conference room fee will be waived.
