Hotel Monteleone's Carousel Bar.
As part of a multi-million-dollar renovation, the 600-room Monteleone Hotel, a landmark property in New Orleans’ French Quarter, features guestrooms equipped with iPhone docking stations, Keurig coffee makers and WiFi.
Upgrades to the 23,000 sq. ft. of meeting rooms include WiFi that can now support more than 3,000 simultaneous users.
Moreover, the decor in meeting rooms, guestroom corridors and the lobby is being modernized, while maintaining the historic feel.
Extensive renovation and reconfiguration of their signature 25-seat Carousel Bar and adjoining lounge is now complete.
Criollo, a brand new, all-day, 97-seat restaurant has been added. On the menu is Louisiana fusion – traditional Creole flavours accented with new spices.
The property has an onsite spa and, overlooking the French Quarter and Mississippi River, a rooftop gym and swimming pool, with a full-service bar.
The project is scheduled for a January, 2013, completion.
