The hotel’s renovation will be completed in June.
The New York Palace Hotel, a luxury mid-town property, is in the midst of a $120-million upgrade that includes the complete redesign of the 176 guestrooms and suites of The Towers, a separate part of the hotel occupying the top 14 floors.
Among The Towers’ features are the city views from the rooms; the private reception accessible from the main lobby; designated elevators and a Les Clefs d’Or concierge team.
Other highlights include the addition of rain showers in many of the rooms and sliding partition doors in The Tower Executive Suites.
The renovation of guestrooms and suites is scheduled for completion in June, with the upgrade and expansion of The Towers Lobby to follow.
Last fall, the hotel finished a comprehensive redesign of its 10,500 sq. ft. of event facilities. As part of the redesign, a corridor art program was added to the fourth- and fifth-floor meeting spaces.
