The Arizona Biltmore, in Phoenix, Ariz., has introduced an innovative fitness program offering a variety of options for guests.
Every day of their stay, guests can choose a class or activity most suited to their needs, goals or fitness levels. Offerings run the gamut from light to challenging workouts and range from cardio kickboxing and yoga booty ballet to Pilates and zumba.
The resort’s new program also includes a variety of hikes, walks and bike rides, taking advantage of the adjacent Phoenix Mountain Preserve. For instance, there’s a guided mountain-bike tour and a desert walk, during which guests learn about local plants and wildlife.
The program was designed to cater to a variety of interests and to tap into the latest trends (such as hydro fit, a cutting-edge, total body workout in the deep end of a swimming pool), as well as the more traditional routines (such as restorative yoga).
