Auberge & Spa West Brome, in Lac-Brome, Que., has opened a bistro, giving meeting and incentive-travel groups a new on-site food and beverage option.
Chef Emmanuel Godin and his team offer a menu inspired by the property’s vegetable garden, other local ingredients and the region’s artisanal farmers.
Complementing the food is a wine list categorized not by region or vintage, but by mood: “essentials, great finds, and adventurous.” Augmenting those vintages is a wide selection of scotch.
Located on 200 acres in the heart of the Eastern Townships, Auberge & Spa West Brome features 26 rooms divided among three pavilions; the bistro; conference rooms and banquet hall.
Pure Essence Spa features an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi and high-tech gym.
