Hyatt Palm Springs has introduced its Write Your Own Contract initiative, whereby meeting planners must meet a minimum price ($79 per suite) and minimum number of nights (one night for 25 suites or two nights for 20 suites each) for groups meeting Sunday through Thursday nights, June through December.
Planners then give Hyatt Palm Springs their budget for food and beverage, activities and entertainment and the hotel does the rest.
The property’s conference venues offer 10,000 sq. ft. of space, including two boardrooms, five meeting rooms and 10,000 sq. ft. of atrium space that can be divided into more intimate gathering spots with gauzy tangerine 50-ft. curtains, or can be opened to host groups up to 900. There also an outdoor terrace with views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
